This allows us to have full control over quality, cost and lead times, ensuring you get the best value directly from the source. Q2: What is the scale of your factory?

A: Our facility spans 8,000 square meters and is supported by a dedicated team of over 60 skilled workers. Our specialized engineering department, consisting of 5 engineers, works closely with clients from concept to completion. Contact us with your project details for a free quote. 


Q3: Do you have any quality or social responsibility certifications? 

A: Yes, we are a professional pop display supplier and committed to international standards. Our key certifications include:

Q4: Do you offer design or engineering support?

A: Yes, we do! This is a key part of our value. As a custom pop display manufacturer, we have a powerful engineering team. We don't just follow instructions. We can analyze your renderings or ideas and develop them into a functional, manufacturable and cost-effective design. We use professional software like SolidWorks, CAD, ProE and Adobe Illustrator to ensure precision and accuracy.


Q5: My design is very complex. Can you make it?

A: We specialize in complex projects! Our engineering team will review your design for manufacturability and provide suggestions to ensure it is both beautiful and practical to produce. We can work from everything from a simple sketch to detailed CAD files. Don't worry if your design isn't final—our engineering team can help refine it.


Q6: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: To make custom manufacturing accessible, our standard MOQ starts at 50 pieces. For larger or more complex items, we can be flexible and accept orders as low as 10 pieces. Contact us to discuss your specific product.




Q7: What materials do you commonly work with?

A: We are experts in a wide range of materials to suit your brand's needs:

A: Yes, and we do it often! Combining materials is one of our specialties. Imagine a sturdy metal fabrication base with sleek acrylic shelves, or a warm wood panel with a metal frame. This allows for unique, functional, and visually striking retail pop displays.


Q9: What is your quality control process during production?

A: Quality is built into every step. Our process includes: 
Incoming Material Check: Verifying all materials meet our standards.
In-Process Inspection: Checking parts during precision metal fabrication, acrylic cutting, and assembly.
Final Assembly Audit: Ensuring the final product is flawless, stable, and matches your specifications.

Q10: What is your typical production lead time?

A: Lead times vary depending on the project's complexity and order quantity. Usually our process is as below:
  • Prototyping & Design Approval: 7-10 days (including creating and confirming production drawings). 
  • Mass Production:4-6 weeks after sample approval.


Q11: Do you handle shipping? What are the shipping terms?

A: As a reliable pop display supplier for global clients, we expertly handle everything up to the port. We primarily work on FOB (Free On Board) terms, meaning we manage the entire production and delivery of your order to the shipping port. We can also recommend trusted freight partners to help arrange the final leg of shipping to your door.


Q12: How do you ensure my products are packaged safely for international shipping?

A: We understand the risks of long-distance shipping. We use robust, export-grade packaging, including custom foam inserts, corner protectors, and secure palletizing to prevent damage in transit.

Beyond standard export packaging, we go a step further to guarantee safe delivery. We conduct transport simulation vibration tests and drop tests on our packages to mimic real-world shipping conditions and ensure your custom pop displays arrive in perfect condition.


Q13: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We offer secure and flexible payment options, typically a 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. We accept payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Other options can be discussed based on the project.
